There will be brief public comments made about each show by our adjudicator, Raimund Stamm, immediately following the show. A more in depth private adjudication will be held the following day from 5:30-7:00pm in the Green Room of the Clarke Theatre. As part of Theatre BC's education mandate, all Theatre BC members are allowed to sit in on the private adjudications. All tickets are $8.00 and can be ordered from Clarke Theatre Box Office at 604-820-3961, in person at the Leisure Centre in Mission, and in person at Jazz-Ma-Tazz on Montrose St. in Abbotsford. They will also be available at the door. Participant's passes will be available beginning May 23 at the Clarke Theatre box office only to those persons listed as cast and crew in the participating shows. Participant's passes will cost $30 and include tickets for all performances. The Gala Banquet & Awards Night will be held on Saturday evening, May 29, at the All Saints Anglican Church Hall at 2nd & James in Mission. Start time is to be announced. Seating is limited to 120 people. All tickets are $25. Reserve your tickets by emailing Rose Bennett at benro@uniserve.com. This is a catered meal, so payment for your reserved ticket must be made by Tuesday, May 25, or your reservation will be cancelled. You can mail your payment to Opening Nite Theatre, Box 3294, Mission, B.C V2V 4J4, or you can pay in person to Eldon or Rose this Sunday at the Clarke Theatre or during the first two days of the festival. All cheques need to be made out to "Fraser Valley Zone". |

Zone Festivals are held in each of Theatre BCs Zones throughout the spring, leading to the annual provincial MAINSTAGE theatre festival. Productions from each Zone Festival will participate as a "Best Production" or "Workshop Play" at Theatre BC's Mainstage 2004 in Kamloops, B.C., July 2nd- 10th, 2004. |
