Free Workshop:
Friday, April 6th  from 2:00- 4:00 will be a free workshop for festival registrants at the Pavilion Theatre. Danielle Dunn-Morris will facilitate a condensed version of her popular " Finding the Essense of a Character " workshop, which she has taught at Mainstage 2006 and 2004.

"Writing is responding to what we know. As writers we open up our emotions and allow ourselves to live other lives.
Each writer is unique, so too is the creation of characters we breath life into.
This hands-on writing session will be done with all your senses: smell, taste, hearing and touch.
Each participant will discover a character from your own imagination.
Every Character comes from somewhere. In this 2-hour workshop we will discover the character’s world and a point in their lives where the character feels a great urge to talk, to understand, to remember.
A transition point. We all have them, remember yours? Out of this place will come a unique monologue or story line, which will be discussed and shared.
Requirements for the workshop are: Imagination, an open mind and confidence in your innate ability to create.
Come and find all the characters residing in your soul. "

Lunches:
Lunch can be provided for registrants for $10.00 (including GST) per day on Saturday, April 7th and Sunday, April 8th. Lunch will consist of Soup & Sandwich, Dessert and Fruit Juice. Lunches will be delivered to the Festival venue. If you would like to include lunch(es) with your Festival Package, be sure to mark which days and include $ total with your registration submission.
