The Awards Ceremony followed the Saturday evening production after a brief intermission. Adjudicator, Keith Digby, presented category awards for directing, acting and design, as well as a 'Best Production' to represent the South Island Zone at MAINSTAGE '99 in Nanaimo, July 3-10.

We would like to thank the Staff and Volunteers at The Belfry Arts Centre for the continued support and hospitality. We would also like to thank the George & Dragon Pub-Style Restaurant and Breadstuffs (both on Gladstone at Fernwood) for the generous support of the Festival.

Zone Festivals are held in each of Theatre BC’s Zones throughout the spring, leading to the annual provincial MAINSTAGE theatre festival. Productions from each Zone Festival will participate as a "Best Production", "Workshop Play" or "Scene Development" at Theatre BC's Mainstage '99 in Nanaimo, B.C., July 3-10.
