Project X Theatre is pleased to announce their fall theatre classes for kids!

Our fall theatre school session offers classes for

6-8 year olds on Thursdays from 4:30-6:00pm,

and 9-12 year olds on Saturdays from 10:30am-12:00pm,

who want to learn theatre basics such as:

- character development

- movement

- mask work

- improvisation

Instructors Melissa Thomas and Janell Robbins will help stimulate

your child’s imagination and invigorate their passion for theatre.

The fee is $120, plus GST.

Also, Project X is holding auditions for their winter production,

You Are Here by acclaimed Canadian playwright, Daniel MacIvor.

In You Are Here, the audience meets Alison, who through a series of luminous moments and encounters, searches her life for meaning.

Project X is looking for 5 male and 4 female actors aged 20-45 to perform in You Are Here, which begins rehearsals in November, and runs January 20-23 2010,

and will be directed by Derek Rein.

Those looking to audition must prepare 1 selection from the material posted on our website, www.projectxtheatre.ca.
