Scene
Study with Marko Hohlbein
Scene Study is the place where actors take all of their technique and
harness it for performance. It is a weekly workout where actors test
their performance abilities in a safe and playful environment. Through
working on scenes of various genres, the actors discover their strengths
and weaknesses with the help of an insightful teacher. Technique
exercises will be instigated into the scene study format, giving the
actor an opportunity to improve their craft while gaining performance
experience and bring the actor to an instinctive, impulsive place. The
end result is for the emotional life to be organic and the choices to be
exciting and truthful.
Scene Study is simply your best opportunity to flex your acting muscles
and refine your craft on a consistent basis. Because class size is
restricted to 8 actors, each actor works in every class.

LEARNING
THE ACTOR'S SKILLS
Theatre BC & Stages Educational Consulting are offering a unique workshop to
business & business professionals - Learning The Actors Skills.
Actors, in order to communicate effectively with their audience, must develop the
skills that allow their voices, bodies, and minds to work in harmony. These same skills
can be learned by others who, while not actors, must communicate effectively with their
own unique audiences.
