AGREEMENT TO HONOUR
Theatre BC's Club Card Program

You will need to print out this form and mail/fax it completed to the Theatre BC office.

Member Clubs, theatre companies and corporate sponsors participating in Theatre BC's Club Card Program and honour the Theatre BC Club Card on admission prices for their productions, other activities and/or services or products for sale are asked to sign and return this form to Theatre BC as confirmation and for promotion of their participation to all Theatre BC Members throughout B.C.

¨ Agree to Honour Theatre BC's Club Card. (Theatre BC Individual, Family, Youth and Talent Bank Members.)
¨ Agree to Honour BC Museum's Association's GO Card. (BCMA galleries & museums to honour Theatre BC's Club Card reciprocally.)
¨ Agree to Honour the Greater Vancouver Theatre Alliance's Alliance Card. (Member companies currently honour Theatre BC's Club Card.)

•      Theatre BC's Club Card Program works like the (GVPTA) Greater Vancouver Professional Theatre Alliance Card, providing pre-determined discounted prices on admission or purchases;

•      Participating theatres/companies may offer a greater discount or extend existing discount plans to Theatre BC Club Card-holders and/or limit or suspend the Club Card from time to time;

•      Box Office decals representing the Club Card design will be supplied for posting to signify you honour the Card;

•      Theatre BC will publicize participation in the Club Card Program and highlight those productions or events in the "Curtain Call" section of the THEATRE BC NEWS and on the Theatre BC website;

•      This Agreement will be considered ongoing until otherwise notified and may be renewed from time to time as required.
