Club Membership Fees:
Renewing Member Clubs will receive a "Calculation of Club Membership Fees" (attached) based on the number of members listed with the Club as of July 31 --the end of the previous membership year. Club Membership year is Aug. 1 - July 31st . Deadline for renewals without penalty is October 31 each year. After this date a Late Fee of 10% per month (excluding GST) must be added for up to three months.
Member Clubs will receive "Application for Membership" forms or Theatre BC brochures for their members who can choose to apply for a Theatre BC Club Card in one of various voting or non-voting categories. Member Benefits are listed on the application forms.
NEW Member Clubs are welcome year-round. However eligibility for the Zone Festival remains with your Zone's entry deadline. Please refer to the table below to calculate your Club Membership Fee and attach your Club's latest member mailing list for return to Theatre BC at the above address.

** MEMBER CLUBS are requested to provide Theatre BC with a sample Poster, Program and spare Scripts (for the Script Library) after EACH production for display at the provincial MAINSTAGE Festival in July. Novelty items are also welcome and can be returned if so requested and marked. Please include the designers' names for recognition in the annual Graphics Competition. Your Club Rep should ensure this is done over the course of the year.
