Club Membership Fees:
Renewing Member Clubs will receive a "Calculation of Club Membership Fees"  based on the number of members listed with the Club as of July 31
--the end of the previous membership year. Club Membership year is Aug.1st thru Jul. 31st. Deadline for Club Membership Renewals is October 31.
After this date a Late Fee of 10% per month (excluding GST) will be added for up to three months.

Renewed and new Member Clubs will receive "Application for Membership" forms or Theatre BC brochures for their members who can choose to become
voting Individual Members ($26.25/12 months), voting Family Members ($42.00/12 months) or Youth Member ($15.75 for youths age 18 and under).
Individual Members pay directly to Theatre BC and receive the quarterly Theatre BC News and the Theatre BC Club Card with all the personal benefits
listed on the application form. $2.00 from each Individual Membership is returned to that Zone.

NEW Member Clubs are welcome year-round, however eligibility for the Zone Festival remains with your Zone's entry deadline.

***MEMBER CLUBS are requested to provide Theatre BC with a sample Poster, Program and spare Scripts (for the script Library)
after EACH production for display at the provincial MAINSTAGE Festival in July. Novelty items are also welcome and can be returned if so requested and marked.
Please include the designers' names for recognition in the annual  Graphics Competition. Your Club Rep should ensure this is done over the course of the year.
