IMPORTANT INFORMATION
for Participating Groups
Please be sure to have all your information and forms submitted to us. You can download the forms below.
Center Stage:
The theatre will open each day at 1 P.M. for set up.
The stage is to be cleared at 5 p.m.
Presenting club may re-occupy the stage at 7 p.m.
Stage goes "hot" at 7:30 when the house will open.
Curtain for all shows (except May 17) will be 8 p.m.
Registrants are invited to attend a workshop on Saturday May 23 (1:30 - 3:30) in the theatre when Mr. Davey will conduct a workshop for the students of SSS Drama Department.
Banquet and Awards:
We regret to inform all that Banquet tickets are sold out. Thanks to all who bought them, and to all who helped sell them.
The banquet and awards night is Saturday May 23 at the Summerland Arena Banquet Room.
Music by Classic Mobile Music, catered by The Breakfast Club.
