                          April 7-9, 2000 in Kamloops, BC

Join us for Theatre BC’s ‘npfname.gif (2930 bytes)’, to be held in Kamloops, BC, April 7-9. Western Canada Theatre, the largest professional theatre company in BC’s Southern Interior, will provide their home, the Pavilion Theatre, as the venue for the event. The City of Kamloops and the Comfort Inn are also providing their support to welcome Theatre BC's New Play Festival (NPF) to Kamloops.

11th Annual Canadian National Playwriting Competition Results Announced

The Winners and Finalists for this year’s Competition have been invited to the New Play Festival in Kamloops, April 7-9, 2000 and all have accepted.

BACKSTAGE ’99 more than exceeded its targeted 200 registrants, with a total registration of 210, compared with 160 for BACKSTAGE ’98 and 116 for BACKSTAGE ’97 read the Full Story.

Scene Development for MAINSTAGE

Zone Festival participating Clubs may, again this year, apply to attend MAINSTAGE 2000's Scene Development Series. Member Clubs entering Zone Festival productions throughout BC and theYukon may make the choice to attend this "invaluable" rehearsal-type workshop program NOW!, even though cast and crew may not be complete.
