Stage North Receives Recognition

July, 2007

Stage North was recognized for the quality of theatrical entertainment at the conclusion of "Mainstage", Theatre BC's annual theatre festival. The backstage crew of The Monument was honoured by receiving the award for Best Backstage Co-ordination. Kris Przednowek and Laura Doray were awarded the award for Best Ensemble. Terry Boyle was recognized as Best Director. The Monument also received the highest award available at Mainstage in the form of the Best Production award. The Monument was selected to represent the Peace River Area following the regional theatre festival that was held in Fort St. John in May.
